DEAR SIR, PLEASE TELL ME RULE AS PER EXCISE INT ON SUPPLEMENTARY BILL IN PRESENT SCENARIO. WILL THE INT BE PAYABLE? IT IS VERY URGENT. PLEASE, CLARIFY.

Dear Sir, sec11AA & 11AB of the Central Excise govern interest paid on short levied or paid or not levied or not paid, not sec 11B of central excise.
