Sir please guide me about Return Filing Forms & Last Dates in case of excise dealer as well as excise manufacturer(Small Scale & Other)

If possible provide me the FILE containing all the relevant information in regard to Excise Return Filing.

How to avail the Credit of Excise Duty Paid on goods which falls under the defination of Capital Goods as per Rule 2. Though the same are not Capital Goods for the manufacturer. E.g Goods falling under chapter 82 is Capital Goods as per Rule 2 but the manufacturer is using it as other consumable. Do he has take credit of duty considering same as Capital Goods or he can take credit considering as Raw Material or Other Consumables for further production.

If an entity manufacturing exempted good as according to exicse act then such entity is required to file the return monthly or as the case be,
what about annual return.

A manufacturer of Agricultural equipments is not paying excise duty the output product being exempt. For purposes of manufacture he is paying ED on inputs can this duty be claimed as a refund as he is not passing the burden on duty on to another person.

Whether Second Hand goods imported are chargeable to Custom duty? if yes then what Rate of duty is to be charged?

My query is that can a 100% EOU Unit do a stock transfer to their another unit outside maharashtra or jurisdiction. Can you provide me the notification or circular regarding this matter
