Dear all,
If an entity manufacturing exempted good as according to exicse act then such entity is required to file the return monthly or as the case be,
what about annual return.

Exempted Mfg. Unit shall submitt monthly information in form no. ER-1 relating to the finished goods and a quarterly return in form A.

1) registered units who are paying duty have to file ER1 monthly
2) registered units who are enjoying any value based exemption (150 Lacs) have to file ER3
3) unregistered units are likely to not submit any return.
