Hi Vijendra, Firstly I thank you for your reply. However, I still have one query to ask on the same. Recovery will be made only when the relevant law's become applicable like a) 20 head count for P.F b) 20 head count & Rs.15000/- for ESI. c) If there is a delay in providing coverage the company is liable for interest and penalty which the company pays from its account. d) However, the contribution to the same which was paid along with salary under "other allowance,Special Allowance" before the applicability of these compliances are later recovered. e) The offer letter reads till P.F or ESIC becomes applicable the same will be paid under "other/special allowance". Can you please explain this to me in detail.Also Kindly request you to provide your email id and contact # if it is ok with you. Thanks in advance. Regards
