My ca final atempt is in nov11 n m referin bangar for idt but m vry confused abt rememberin wich case laws n wich not since in bangar all cases are almost supreme court cases ?? Which ones are to be remebered n wich ones just to be read ?? How to identify a landmark decision ??

There is a need to know what is the background, issues and final decision. Only SC/ HC decisions need tobe remembered. Citations are not essential but could indicate thoughness.
