Now i am doing articleship(Ipcc Student) for five months.Now i want to change my principal that means transfer of articleship.what is the procedure for the transfer of articleship? Is it required any prior Permission from Icai? If it is required how to get the that permission from Icai?

Our company has given 8 cars to 8 sales executives.

Do we need to pay wealth tax on these cars? Can we say these cars have been using for commercial purpose?

We have been requested by our customer to issue letter of credit.

a. The Customer has said that Usance interest has to be borne by us.
b. The L/C is for 90 days.
c. if discount the L/c at sight, we will have to bear the discounting charges?

In such a case, will Usance Interest also arise in addition to discounting charge?
