We are located in India and am a proprietorship and we sell videogame codes to company in US ,they are asking us to fill W8-BEN form before making wire transfer payment in USD to our bank ,we wish to know if we become liable to pay any tax to the US govt for this or if we are exempt/ 0 % tax ?

I wanted some help from the group.

My Father in law and my Mother in law expired in 2020, my Wife is only child to my in laws.

My Father in law had an HUF, I am not able to trace back any HUF deed for the same (looks lie HUF was not registered), but he has a PAN in name of HUF. He had couple of bank account, FD and MF.

My wife now wishes to continue as Karta for my father in laws HUF as she is the only survivor to the family.

Please suggest what can we do to change my wife to Karta of HUF account and also change Karta in PAN Card.

1.How can I upload Form-4 if the Form-3 has been already filed.

A OPC was incorporated on 29/10/2020 by paid up capital of Rs 100,000/- & only Rs 30,000 deposited in Bank A/c of company & since then company has not started the business. Now we want to strike off the name of Company.
Queries:-
1) Is it mandatory to deposit remaining Rs 70,000/- in bank A/c before filing INC-20A or simply a declaration for not starting business will be sufficient as attachment to INC-20A.
2) Do we also require to File ITR for the F.Y 20-21.

Please guide.
