sir , i want to ask one thing,, if an article whose date of commencement of article ship is in 30 april 2012..and after donig articleship he take transfer ..but if he is not able to search another so soon,, then then his final attepmt will be forwarded for nov 2014?

As per the Notification Revised Schedule VI is applicable to all companies for the financial year commecing from 01/04/2011.so it is applicable to Section 25 Companies also, normally sec 25 companies is preparing income & expenditure account, but revised schedule vi format has two parts Balance sheet & statement of profit and loss.

Any seperate format is there for Section 25 Companies or it can show their income and expenditure account as statement of profit and loss as per revised sch vi.

please guide us.

1.PAN
2.ST NUMBER.

what are the formalities to get ST number ?
ST 1 OR ST 2 needs to be filled?

And if after sometime , the properitorship is converted to partnership , can the same ST number be continued after upading the ST Dept?

I have registered myself for articleship along with IPCC registration but now that DD details are not available with me which are required to be filled in the form....hence what should i do???

I am a practising chartered accountant. I have sent a draft of membership and COP fee in the month of april. But I have not received any acknowledge of the same.
Now, I have recd. a SMS in which written is - membership and COP fee is due and pay by 30.9.2012.
I donot know what to do?
How can I know if the draft has been recd by the ICAI or not?
Is there any service on the site from where I can verify whethter the fee si recd. by the institute or not?

Plz reply as it is very very urgent.
