...what is the difference b/n them
and which is better Act to form for charitable Purpose...

19 September 2012 all have its own merrits and demerrits. There is nothing like good, better or best. It depends upon the people who are coming together for charitable purpose to decide which is better for them. What are your plans?

I agree with you, But my question is "what are the Major differences between those Acts{from Charitable Purpose's point of view[u/s 2(15) of IT Act]} and why those three Acts were form for the same Charitable Purpose..
