One of My Client is a Registered Financer in Maharashtra State Covered by Bombay Money lenders Act Provides Finance for Business Class.

He wants to Insure his Customers i.e Borrowers against Accidental death, Suicide death,Permanent disability in order to secure his money from the clients.

So Which General Insurance Company provides such facility?
Is any Special policies provided for Financial Institution for security of their customer?

Myself Dinesh Sharma 37 years and having two kids. I get registered with the ICAI institute in September 2009. I have also completed 1 year and nine months articlehship but in 2002 in left CA course and join a private firm as a Accounts office. Till then i am working in a company as a senior Accounts Manager, During the period of service, i have completed MBA in finance. Now i am thinking to join CA course again.
My question is Should i start the course again.

what is the mean by flat interest rate and reducing interest rate.

if any interest chargeable Advance given to contractor is secured by BG and he is not able to pay the bothe interest and principle. Then whether at time of enashment of BG, we can adjust the interest before principle
e.g. Advance to Contractor is Rs 5.00 Crore and Interest Outstanding is Rs 2.00 Crore and BG is of 5.00 Crore. and after adjusting the BG aginst Intertest and remaning principle, can we go to the court for the unrealised part of advance.

And can we charge interest on unrealised part of advance?

We need to submit the stock statement to bank while calculating the stock statement some customers will give advance on order confirmation how to show the advance on stock statement

As per the checklist of resubmission

They need a Documentary evidence for Service provider to be furnished.

What do I submit for this?


We are registered as an LLP for providing IT and IT enabled services.

sir,, its my humble request to kindly solve my problem....i.e
i am qualified my both groups before articleship.i had started my articleship on 17 april2012.and as per rule aarticleship form must be submitted within 30 days to the institute, but when i had confirmed that from the institute then they said for final students form must be submitted till 30 april2012 for the nov attempt2014..kk
but now i had taken transfer on 15 sep .and as per rule ,i can submit both transfer form and articleship form within 30 days of transfer date and articleship date respectively...
so i want to ask that whether i need to submit both form till 30 sep for the nov 2014attempt as i have to do in my first time registration ?
