I need to purchase Plot, I think on that bank has not give us loan,

please let me know whether bank is giving loan for purchase plot, because on that plot i need make house. and repayment of interest and principal amount can we claim u/s 24 towards interest on loan.

I have attempted my fifth ipcc in last november and unfortunately i could attempt group 1 only.. i haven't passed group two in any of earlier attempts. but hopefully, this time, my results would be favourable. what if i pass the group 1 in this attempt as regard to my knowledge, maximum number of attempt would be 5 per registration. please help me.. i shall appreciate your concern

Is transfer funds from NRO to NRE account permissible. If yes what are the conditions apply.I heard that transfer from NRE to NRO possible but NRO to NRE not.

This is to inform you that I have 61% in my B. COM exam and also will complete LLB in May 2013. I wants to take admission for CA examination. I therefore have two queries

1. Can I eligible for IPCC exam directly without giving CPT exam?

2. I heard that articleship is compulsory. I am working as an accountant since last 6 year. Still I have to do articleship? Or can I do articleship after completing my CA exam?

Kindly give me advise for the same.

I have just received a message that time limit for filing of XBRL has been extended upto 15.01.2013 but could not find any notification to that effect at MCA site. Can anybody throw some light on this. Thanks in advance.
