14 December 2012 I am article of a firm which have three partner. but one partner A is very old and mainly firm belongs to him. and other two have merely status of partner. now i have a problem with old partner and he want to threw me out but another partner under which i am register want to continue my article ship. then what can i do. main partner have any right to complaint against me or threw me out.??

The articleship is done under CA not a firm, if your principal has no problem with you under which you are doing articleship, then no need to worry.

I will suggest to give your attention on articleship completion under you principal. The other CA has no right to threw you from articleship.
