14 December 2012 Dear Sir,

We would like to deposit the TDS under section 194C or 194 J from 1st April 2012 to 31st December 2012 i.e. 1St Quarter, 2nd Quarter and 3rd quarter of current F.Y 2012-13 A.Y 2013-14 . We want to deduct the TDS and deposit in to the bank with challan, now please favour to guide us how to calculate the TDS value with interest or late payment penalty charges to enable us to deposit the same on time and avoid interest or penalty.

We hope you will help us and guide us on above refer subject & oblige.
