so till march as my gratution completed and after ward i registered myself with c.s. from month may 12 .
so can u plz tell the provision abt in hw much time i can fill the application for the same for new registration of c.s. course with icai.

After completing my 1st group of IPCC, I joined the article ship training from 14th Feb 2012. From 3rd of Sep i took termination from that CA with mutual consent. I have received the acknowledgment from the institute.. Now i want you to please clarify the following:-
1. Whether i can join another CA for continuing my articles and within the same city.
2. Within which period i have to join a new office?
3. Whether i have to produce Form 109 or any other particulars to the new office.
4. While joining a new CA which Form has to be filled and sent to the institute ?
5. I am pursuing B.COM degree and i am in the final year. So can i join the new office after its completion in may 2013 or is there any rule that i have to join within a year?

sir please clear me earlier i had mentioned 18-12-2012 on moa and aoa pages because of not writing no.of shares in words, i was told to resubmit. now yesterday i prepared fresh moa and aoa got it signed on the same day by subscribers and today i am resubmitting to ROC . now sir please tell me the date i should mention on mao and aoa pages.

can general public ask books of accounts of company under RTI act

i had for incorporation of a company but later i was asked to resubmit moa and aoa because moa was incomplete so sir what should be the date on moa and aoa pages ?
whether it should be the date of earlier filing or date of resubmitting with ROC
