Need an expert opinion on the Accoiunting standard that say " CA cannot vet financial projection , can only analyse it.
Need the details about the accounting standard which mentions it. Kindly provide the link if possible.

In my opinion there is no AS on the issued as raised by you. It is just like any figures which are not acutal are the projections and a CA never signs a Balance Sheet or Profit and Loss account which contians only projections. Therefore, the CA can analyse the figures and not to certify it.
