click on tab EXPERTS on home page of CACLUB INDIA
then there will be list in it
in that list 2nd is "ANSWER A query " click on the same. n follow instruction and u will be registered as a expert
then there will be list in it

until you are authorized by site as an expert you cant reply as expert. for becoming an expert you have to fill your qualification as a CA.
