Resubmission of moa and aoa

sir please clear me earlier i had mentioned 18-12-2012 on moa and aoa pages because of not writing no.of shares in words, i was told to resubmit. now yesterday i prepared fresh moa and aoa got it signed on the same day by subscribers and today i am resubmitting to ROC . now sir please tell me the date i should mention on mao and aoa pages.

The date should be the date on which the subscribers pages are signed by the concerned subscribers. Also when you resubmit the MOA & AOA the new ones replace the old ones completely.
