04 January 2013 sir please clear me earlier i had mentioned 18-12-2012 on moa and aoa pages because of not writing no.of shares in words, i was told to resubmit. now yesterday i prepared fresh moa and aoa got it signed on the same day by subscribers and today i am resubmitting to ROC . now sir please tell me the date i should mention on mao and aoa pages.

04 January 2013 The date should be the date on which the subscribers pages are signed by the concerned subscribers. Also when you resubmit the MOA & AOA the new ones replace the old ones completely.
