We have a cloth business and a house both of which is registered at my fathers name.

my fathers cousin has been filing our business income tax return from many years.

recently i have discovered that he has made digital signature of of father for the purpose of filing return.

Neither my fater nor i knows what this is to which he says it is compulsory to get digital signature.

all the password and everything of digital signature my father cousin has it.

WHAT IS THIS DIGITAL SIGNATURE ??
AND CAN HE MISUSE THIS DIGITAL SIGNATURE TO TRANSFER MY FATHERS HOUSE PROPERTY AND BUSINESS IN HIS OWN NAME?????????

a newly formed pvt. co. was not having a bank a/c, it wants to pay each director rs.25000 in cash per month, can it do so by giving the amount in two times like once 10000 and on another date 15000. so that that law of not paying for a expense more than 20000 in cash does'nt gets voilated.

My friends said to go for revsluation and some said to go for reverification...

I registered as a member(without COP) in August 2012, but according to CPE norms 45 hours should be completed in block of 2011-2013, so my question is whether i have to complete my 45 hours up to 2013 or i will get 3 years from the date of registration?
