Please let me know that in which syllabus i will be registered in Professional Programme,
Is it as per 2007 syallbus or new syallbus 2013.

Is there any option available for choosing old or new Syallbus.

I worked in a company for 8 years
then i joined in another company and worked for 1 year.
now i working in another company. can i get form 16 from the past working companies.

what can i do if the employer did not give that?

I am a IPCC student registered for IPCC on september itself.I got direct entry so i joined for the articleship also.till now i did not recieved confirmation letter and identity card from the institute.but where i am doing my articleship ,they recieved the letter for thier reference.I think because of address ,i did not recieved the letter.sir please suggest me what i have to do now?can i join for ITT and ORIENTATION without having confirmation letter?
I was supposed to attend May exams.but without completing ITT,I cant write the exam.please help me.

m a cs executive student, hv cleared 1st group in 2010. my problem now is that my registration has expired in oct 2012. so now wat to do , wethr to register again n give both group or do denova registration(if m eligible)..

While Filing Form FC-TRS witd AD bank for trf of Shares from Resident to non Resident, Can anyone send me format for the following
1) Consent letter of Buyer and Seller
2) Certificate indicating Fair valur of shares from a CA
3) Declaration from Buyer that he is eligible to acquire of Shares.
4) No Objection certificate from CA./ Income Tax officer.

I was working with abc Pvt. Ltd. as on professional basis. The co. was deducting TDS under section 194 J fees for professional services. Now co. has not deposited TDS to Govt. from Apr - 2012 to till date. what should I do I have no Idea it means I will not get credit of that amount which every month co. is deducting.
