I worked in a company for 8 years
then i joined in another company and worked for 1 year.
now i working in another company. can i get form 16 from the past working companies.
what can i do if the employer did not give that?

It is duty of employers to issue Form 16 in case tax have deducted from employees otherwise they may be penalized for delay or not issuing the form.
You can approach CIT in case taxes have been deducted from your salary but they are not issuing you Form 16.
