Emi on rs. 47,000 loan @ 8.99%

I took a vehicle loan. Rs. 47000 @ 8.99% for 1 yr.

THe loan provider is chrging 4269 as EMI & Total Int payout as 4228/-

but any loan EMI calcultor i try it shows 4110 as EMI & total int 2220/-

I have read the earlier posts by experts that if a PF cheque is issued / Deposited in the Bank within the due date, it is considered that the PF amount is paid in time.

However reading through the PF Act and couple of judgements could not find any such mentions, where it says that if cheque deposited within the due it is considered paid within due date.

Ca certificate

Hi everyone!! I cleared my CA finals in Nov 2010 and got my membership by nov 2011. However, I didn't get my CA certificate or any convocation intimation. Can anyone help as to what I should do and where should I inquire as I'm not getting any answer from institute!!
