I also think that the Reply given on 17.07.2013 is too late and had lost the relevance for the student who has raised the query on 14.04.2013. . The query has been well replied on the very same day itself by Expert CMA. CS. SG. then another expert should not take and give unnecessary pains to himself and others. . We have a " STORE" of unresolved queries. Under Income-Tax Category 91000+ unanswered queries are waiting for Reply. Some of these may be selected as a "matter of the choice". . Experts should apply their minds in resolving the issues involved in such queries rather than simply "agreeing with other experts after expiry period of SIX months". . Once an expert's reply is posted, our web-site sends alert notifications to all the members involved in the query. . Though the intention of the expert remains always good, yet the expert should first weigh himself about the purposefulness of his reply and wastage of time involved. This may not create a good impression about an honorable expert also. .

Our present education system requires more EMPHASIS on ETHICS than any other subject which is taught now-a-days. . What is ETHICS? . The word "ethics' owes its origin to GREEK word "ETHOS" which means a system of
1. MORAL PRINCIPLES,
2. the basis for deciding RIGHT AND WRONG ACTIONS
and
3. implies CUSTOMS, HABITS, NOBLE TRAITS IN CHARACTER, DISCIPLINE, CULTURE AND DISPOSITION. . It broadly encompasses VALUES that are to be CHERISHED and PRACTICED. . . It is a COMBINATION of MORAL PERCEPTS and PRINCIPLES in a manner which are acceptable to SOCIETY AT LARGE and is for ITS BENEFITS. . Ethical issue involve judgement in various fields of human activity on what is RIGHT and what is WRONG and value judgements in DECISION MAKING, its equivalent, . in INDIAN CONTEXT as adherence to DHARMA. . Hope the "experts" and/or readers at caclub will follow these "small" guidelines. .
