I have a problem with uploading the file in Form 10. As per the form requirement I can upload the file up to 2.5MB but My file is above it ? Can I file the physical copy to MCA or how can I reduce the file size?

No, you can not file physically. you can reduce the size of file and file the same or use Form-67 for the same.
