i will b giving my 3rd attempt of ipcc in may 2014 nd i m worried about my articleship becoz of my attempts.. i want to pursue my articleship frm a gud firm where i can learn nd explore more, so pls suggest me is it possible to get articleship in a good firm even with attempts in ipcc??

While uploading the form 8 for LLP with ROC, it is showing the following error message:

Signature validation failed for Signature field for Designated Partner/ Practicing professional. The person is not authorised to sign on this field.

What should be done in this case
we have already registered the digital signature also

What is systematic and unsystematic risk ?

Hi, I wanted to know whether can I pursue M.COM-2 along with IPCC as I completed M.COM-1( though Distance Education, University of Mumbai) before I got registered with the Institute? Is there any procedure for the same? Does the Institute has any tie-up with any University for the same?

Main 27/7/2012 main articleship join kiya..lekin GMCS I avi tak nehi kiye..as per institute rule articleship join karne ki 1 saal k andar karna padhta hain..merato 1yr 4mnths ho gaya. kya abhi hum kar sakte aur koi penalty or articlesnip pe effect padhega. plz rply me..
