The persons in my office giving work as going bank, ask me to buy lunch for them, sir also ask me to buy medicine for him etc.if i complaint about them means sir telling that dont worry, you dont bother about them. its like mental torture for me. i got head ache. pls tell me how should i overcome from this or what is the way to tackle these kind of problems.

Has any one come across call from TDS-ITO asking for training programme to be conducted at Deductor's premises.

One of our client has received call from TDS Office and ITO is asking for Training Programme to be conducted at client's office. They want to show TDS process at TRACES website to Accountant.

As our client has denied to get training and informed the ITO that they are not facing any problem with current TDS procedure at TRACES then the ITO got upset and told them that he will conduct survey.Is he Correct for conducting Survey with out any proper ground ? It is like pressuring the Deductor to compulsorily invite them to their premises.

dear all ...I have to make payment to outside India to a particular supplier $20000 and also I entitled to received $5000 to same person.... so my query is can I neting off whole transaction and received only $15000 ....but one of the my frd said as per RBI I can't netting off ....pls solve this query....

From July,2012 I am in whole time practice, till June,12 I was in service in a private firm.As on date I have completed 37 CPE hrs since July,2012.So Pls. tell me how many CPE hours required to be completed within Dec,2013 in my case.

WE HAD PAID CHALAN FOR 94A WITH INTEREST AS (BASIC TAX 133788/- + INT 10035/-)RS 143823/-ON 28/02/2013,FOR 14/09/2013 TRANSACTION AS INTEREST ON UNSECURED LOAN RS 1337881/-. BUT WE HAD CALCULATE 5 MONTHS INTEREST INSTEAD OFF 6 MONTHS.

NOW TRACE HAD ISSUED A DEMAND FOR THE SAME RS 12033/-. THEN I HAD DOWNLOADS JUSTIFICATION REPORT FROM TRACE AND FIND OUT THAT THEY DEMAND FOR LATE PAYMENT INTEREST COMPUTED RS 12033/- BUT THEY HAD NOT LESS ABOVE RS 10035/-WHICH WE HAD PAID AS INTEREST

I CALL TO TRACE AND THEY HAVE GUIDE TO ME THAT PL CONFORM THAT AFTER DOWNLOAD CONSO FILE FOR THE SAME AND SEE HAVE I PROPERLY ENTER ABOVE CHALAN AND TRANSACTION.

YES I DO FOR THE SAME AND CONFORM THAT CHALAN & TRANSACTION WAS ENTERED PROPERLY.

AND FURTHER MY ARGUE IS THAT IF NOT SO, THEN CANT MATCH THE CHALAN IN RPU AND I CANT FILE THE RETURN.

SO ALL MATTER PROPERLY ENTERED.

THE QUESTION IS HOW MANY RS WILL PAY AGAINST ABOVE DEMAND?

IF I PAY RS 12033/- LESS PAID EARLIER 10035/- = 1998/- THEN DEMAND WILL NOT SOLVE AND REMAINING VALUE WILL STAND.

WHAT CAN I DO ???
