12 December 2013 Dear sir,
The persons in my office giving work as going bank, ask me to buy lunch for them, sir also ask me to buy medicine for him etc.if i complaint about them means sir telling that dont worry, you dont bother about them. its like mental torture for me. i got head ache. pls tell me how should i overcome from this or what is the way to tackle these kind of problems.

12 December 2013 Firstly what is yourrole in office/profile. If it is not relating to the above just stick to your profile and give value addition to it.
It is difficult to say NO when you must say it. So start telling No in a gentle but firm manner for work which is not yours and below dignity for you.Initially persons may react but truth is bitter so stay calm and unnerved. Once they get your point they will stop telling you. Even in such case relationsmay spoil at first but latter on explain your position and things will settle on its own. If you let people take you as granted you will be treated the same.
If you are easy goer and dont mind to do the above work then just define what you will bring and what not.
