1. Please tell me what is the due date for depositing contribution under ESIC. If i made advance payment for the month of April, May and June in the month of April only?
2. And if gross salary increased above 15000 in the month of November from retrospective effect i.e. from April month and arrears received in November than whether ESIC should be deduct from April month, of the employees of which esic not deduct in the preceding month.

I had noticed in many demand raised by tds department that they are charging interest for two months instead for one month on late deposit of tds even if tds deposit on 8th of nxt month i.e. 1 day late. please suggest whether i should do half payment of demand and make a letter for correction of demand with that or i should pay in full ??? please specify relative reading if any.
