One of the my client is doctor he has not register profession tax act . he is employed 2 person whoes salary 2500 and 8000
my question is doctor liable to pay profession tax.

he is liable to pay profession tax of employee and "Him Self" ?the act apply is maharastra.

2nd query is person him self pay profession tax on his own income like doctor CA, Advocate, individual person

I get salary every month and the salary exceeds the basic exemption limit..but i do not pay tds monthly its cut annually i.e in the end..so is this right?
and if the tds in cut in the end at once will i be charged interest of any sort?
