Opening new food shop (poha, khachori)..any tax liability

I m planning to open one shop in faridabad to sell poha, khachori and various other food items and want to give one name to my shop.. please suggest how can i start up legally means should i need to start it as sole properiotership firm and take pan card and opening current account...

please note that it will be start up with small investment and for 6 months no big plans just to attract people to eat...
