15 January 2014 Hii,

We couldnt upload Form 32 within 30 days for Resignation of director. So, Can we upload form 32 for resignation of director after 30 days? If yes, kindly provide me the procedure.

15 January 2014 dEAR MADAM ,

If delay is made in filing Form No. 32, it must then be filed late with the additional filing fee.

15 January 2014 The penalty for delayed filing are as below:

Upto 30 days - Two times of Normal fee.
30 - 60 days - Four times of Normal fee
60 - 90 days - Six times of Normal fee
90 days above - Nine times of Normal fee.

The above penalty will be in addition to normal filing fee.
