If any ipcc student wishes to go for direct entry through his degree percentage..and applies in this month..is he eligible for nov-2014 attempt?and what is d last date for conversion...?

hello sir....i have joined for articleship in a firm where the office timings is from 9:30 am to 6pm . iam also pursuing bcom where the college timings is:
morning session - 7am to 9:30am
evening session - 6pm to 8:30pm
will there be any problem regarding timings
?will icai object to this?

sir, is there any limit for gap between transfer of articles?? I'm having a gap of about 1yr, does it troubles me.??

What documents are required (from Income-tax perspective) for transferring proprietary business from father to his son.

Do they need to enter into Business Transfer Agreement, pay stamp duty on consideration and, get the business valued and obtain valuation report from CA? or
simply make business transfer agreement and transfer the business for free since they are relatives.

Any other options are also invited.

while filling exam form for ipcc, they are asking revalidation date. My ipcc registration date is 30/7/2012. And after 4 yrs date i.e 30/7/2016 is not acceptable in the form. Which date should i enter in the exam form?

Plz tell me the consequences of not doing gmcs 1 within the one year of articleship as i have registered for the articles as on 9 sep 12 but not done the same till date because my ca did not allow me for leave. Plz reply.
