If any ipcc student wishes to go for direct entry through his degree percentage..and applies in this month..is he eligible for nov-2014 attempt?and what is d last date for conversion...?

if you register now, you wont be eligible for Nov 14 as the last day for starting articleship was 1 february 2014.
