In revised schedule VI Format,in profit & loss a/c,in expenses head their are two points given: cost of material consumed & changes in inventories.

Please anybody clarify me the same : difference between these two because material consumed includes the effect of Changes in inventories.

Fixation of Salary as per TN Notification carried out. But somebody is telling to fix the basic 40% of gross. Is it correct ? Is there any proof released by Govt ?

Iam CA ipcc passed student doing articleship and i recently completed my Bcom degree distance education under kerala university.Now i want to pursue MBA distance education so i want to know the exemption available for the course. I heard about MOU of ICAI with BU,IGNOU,MADRAS university.Can anyone tell me the fees details in above university,and how many subjects are exempted for me,and one more doubt can i pursue MBA in one year ????????

if a student applied registration for IPCC with ATC then he take the certificate of ATC after passing the IPCC both group and leaving CA without futher study.
and my second question is if a student registered himself for getting ATC certificate and want to continue the CA course, is this possible.

A Firm executed Partnership deed on 02/02/2014 and the Stamp on which the deed is executed on 06/03/2014 and the Certificate of registration under Registrar of Firm is dated on 09/04/2014.Is the firm liable for maintaining books of accounts for the F.Y. 2013-14 ?
which date will be consider as the date of incorporation?
whether they are liable for income tax return for F.Y. 2013-14?

Is any prescribed form is available or a simple letter is sufficient.

hiii..i completed my b.com in 2006 with 48% marks then in 2008 i cleared cpt.In 2010 after marriage i got registered for ipcc but due to my negative thinking and fear i did not appeared for exames despite of filling examination forms two times. my husband is very positive and determined towards his goal also inspiers me to continue CA.Right now i am 28 years old and pregnant and want to appear for ipcc in may 2016.if i become a chartered accountant what will be my professional scope after the age of 35. can do something else or course on B.COM basis but i loose my heart due to poor marks. do reply p/z thank you

Last date is 30/05/2014 but LLP Form is not uploaded in MCA portal. Eform is Prescrutiny successfully but when upload form then error generated "Some prescrutiny validation have failed. Please make required changes and upload the Form again." Pls help to find errror in form. Last year i have successfully upoladed. I have online query genarate ticket but they cannot give proper solution. Pls Help
