30 May 2014 A Firm executed Partnership deed on 02/02/2014 and the Stamp on which the deed is executed on 06/03/2014 and the Certificate of registration under Registrar of Firm is dated on 09/04/2014.Is the firm liable for maintaining books of accounts for the F.Y. 2013-14 ?
which date will be consider as the date of incorporation?
whether they are liable for income tax return for F.Y. 2013-14?

30 May 2014 If it is seemed that income can exceed Rs. 120000 or sale 10 lacs in fy 13 14, then books has to maintain.
Yes, firm is liable to file itr v
for fy 13-14. Since no link with whether registered or unregistered firm.
