Should a Chartered Accountant get permission from ICAI before joining other professional course such as CS or CWA. If so, what is the procedure for it.
Is any prescribed form is available or a simple letter is sufficient.

As per the ICAI rule articled / audit trainee cannot pursue any other educational or professional course during the period of articleship training except with the prior permission of the Institute.
Permission may be granted to an articled / audit trainee for pursuing one additional course of study at a time during the period of practical training.
As you are already a CA and not doing any other course, hence you can go for the same without any approval.
