Can anyone please tell me whether the IGNOU's programme of B.COm (A&F) in assosciation with ICAI is helpful to pursue MBA?

I mean whether we can pursue MBA with the help of that program?

I have been selected for Industrial training program at a company. My joining date is 12.06.2014. I want to know about the required activities to be performed by me.

I started my article ship about two month ago. For the same I sent form 103 to Icai Kolkata branch but through DTDC courier . Now I came know that 103 through courier is not use to accepted by icai, for the same I am calling to Kolkata branch but unfortunately i use to get busy tune all the time.....please any one help me on this problem ....I hope anyone will understand my problem and will help me as soon as possible.

I have got 2 apartments in a building in May 2014 as a consideration of development of my open plot. I would like to sell one of them and buy a plot elsewhere shortly for further development of a residential complex through a builder. There again, I am expecting 2 apartments as my share which I want to sell immediately after taking over. In these transactions, what are the tax implications(capitalgains/ income tax)?
Kindly clarify the tax position starting from selling hyderabad apartment-buying a plot elsewhere -developing it and selling the apartments immediately. Also pl advise the way to have minimum taxation.
