I want to start a new proprietorship firm providing services of web development what should i do to register the firm so that i can start invoicing with firm name ?

How can we calculate effective rate of interest if interest is levied at diffferent rates as per slabs-
Let loan amt be rs.20 lakhs
Tenure of loan- 14 yrs or 168 months
Interest slab-
upto 7 lac- 8%
7 lac to 15 lac- 9%
15 lac to 20 lac- 10%

HOW MANY TIMES CAN I GET COP FROM ICAI
I MEAN SUPPOSE FIRST I OBTAINED THEN SURRENDER AFTERWARDS I AGAIN OBTAIN AGAIN SURRENDER THEN AFTER AGAIN OBTAIN AND AGAIN SURRENDER AND SO ON.

CAN I DO SO.
