Please guide me how to file LBT Form E-II

1)T/o of all sales= Mention your sales figure here
2) Details of receipt of goods=Mention Your Total Purchase+ Transfer received + Sales Return
Part II
3)(a) Goods Purchased
3)(b) Transfer received
3) c) Sales return
4) total of 3(a),(b)&(c)

Now Deduct
5)(a) Purchase from Local Registered dealer having LBT No.
5)(b) Transfer received within city from local dealer having LBT No.
5)(c) Sales return received within 6 months of actual sales
5)(d) Items exempt from LBT &/or falling under zero rate
5)(e) Exempt u/r 28 i.e goods directly exported outside country
6 total of 5(a), (b), (c), (d) & (e)
7) = (4) -(6)
8) LBT payable
