I actually want to ask that how is Vishal Bhattad sir.I know deepak gupta is good but have no idea about vishal sir. Deepak gupta is of 2nd preference to me because of his fees. But if no other option exist,then I will go for him.
And also Is vishal sir better that rajkumar sir?

Now I prepare annual return there i found some sales & purchase bill missing to filled 1st quarter, 2nd Qtr, 3rd Qtr & 4th Qtr.
I want to revise all return to filled.
can you help me what is rate of the panalaty missing sales bill & purchase bill.

Major Expenditure on R Sidings (already depreciated 95%) should be treated as revenue or capital expenditure. For example out of 5km old depreciated railway track, track of 2 km is to be changed alongwith the wooden sleepers use to hold the track.

I want to know as to how can i take NOC from previous auditor.. and i need to take near about 10-15 NOC from same auditor so can i send all the letter requesting NOC in same folder or is there any other way ..??

Also do suggest way in which it should reach previous auditor.. can i send it by speed post ??

Very good morning to all my query is one of my relative involving in mobile communication business as well as online money transferring on behalf of customers through SUVIDA INFOSERV PVT LTD. therefore suvida given a certain commission on monthly basic to my relative after deducting TDS U/S 194 H @ 10% so now i want to know can he get refund from income tax if yes then which way and which ITR should be filed to get tds refund pls note he is an individual and no large scale of his business.
