I have filed revised return due to short deduction and payment in annexure1 by mistake. while revising the return I have quoted remark “C” by mistake.now my TDs revised return is getting rejects due to this remark.how to rectify this remark

i got a mail from ICAI to register for final also or else your articleship will not be registered
So i have registered for Final
Now how can i get information that my articles is registered

My registration date of articleship was 03/09/2012 but due to delay in orientation programme it was shifted to 01/12/2012, now i want to know that can i give my final attempt in may 2015? . i will be completing 2 year & 5 month in APRIL 2014. Please reply to the query .

I am Mr.Shiva Prasad, want to take my pf from my employer but question is my employer is not doing any business. I resigned in the month of April-2014. Only in Mumbai it is running but it is idle and no repsonse.

I got information that if company closed down then I have to take letter from gazzete and submit the same to PF office then I'll get the PF.

So please help me out in this how to take my PF and what is procedure

We had worked jointly and made an individual firm named at A. Now as due to the family disputes we now want to get the possession of the same can we transfer the assets and liabilities of the individual firm to us with the consent of proprietor if yes how can the same be done as the Bank Limit is also taken on that name and the other new individual file is not having that amount of capital in it. Can we transfer the firm in our name if yes then please tell the way on to which the same can be done.

I want help regarding renewal of DSC.

Actually I got dsc from my ca but now I have no clue where ca is. So I too don't know the company which issued dsc.

I would like to know how to proceed for dsc renewal.
