Exemption from cs 15 month training

18 June 2014 i have been working with a company for 3years 9 months , i have cleared my cs last year. i want to know if i m eligible for exemption.. my co. paid up capital is more than 30 lakhs.
if yes then what is the process for this, do my co. need 2 be previously registered with institute.
kindly guide..

18 June 2014 No its not required if you want to claim exemption. But if you want to do 15 months training then it needs to be registered with ICSI for imparting practical training.

18 June 2014 Apart from this also claim exemption from 15 days ROC/Stock exchange training while writing application for exemption from training. In case you need the format of letter and all do give me your email id. I will mail the same.
