C Pte Ltd is a Singapore registered private limited Co. holding 49999 shares out of 50000 shares of Indian Pvt Ltd company. C Pte Ltd want to sell its entire share ( 49999 ) to its 100% Holding company G Pte Ltd.
Can C Pte ltd sell its share at face value ?? i..e INR 10 per share which is way less than its calculated share value which comes to approx INR 80

I have a car loan account in Indian Bank. Availed the loan in May 2019 with tenure of 7 years. Due to some medical conditions, I failed ro pay some EMIs. Now my loan account is under NPA and the bank officials are asking for full payment of the remaining amount. I want to ask whether there is any provision of restructuring the loan as I already have about 30 months of EMIs to pay. Please suggest the procedure if there is any.

We have cancelled PTRC Number & Order also get. After four years we want to start PTRC. So officer said you will not get new PTRC Number on same pan you have restored old PTRC Number. So we restored old ptrc number. Now Mahagst Department saying you have to file PTRC all return for the period from PTRC Number Cancelled to restored date. what to do? Due to this we have to pay late fees for Return. This is not our mistake. Number Cancelled now we only restored the number why should file Gap return? give me some solution.
