20 January 2024 Sir , I know FCRA , that is for accepting foreign contribution/Donation from out side India .

My query is , regarding rules & regulations for Donation / Contributions made by person who is located in India to outside India , any reference Circular of RBI to whom or which country we can donate and which country not . ( for example if I want donate to one organisation which is located outside India and who work for kids who do not have mother or Father or both ) .
