I have a heard there is another DSC authority named Capricorn, which is the best E-mudhra OR Capricorn.

The primary function of DSC is to sign the documents and I do not think there is much of a difference here. There may be different companies in the market providing similar types of services. We can go with a particular service provider in terms of pricing/support / etc
