what is cretira for appearing. ca final xam in may2017 in 2nd attempt? what is the date when articleship with extension complete for appearing may 2017?

This is my 3rd attempt of Ca ipcc and i am confident that i will pass 1st group but i can't pass both group cause there not much time left to prepare for the 2nd group. Is my career is spoiled, is there any future for me in Ca . Because good firm dont take 1st group articles. What should i do. I need to start articleship right after the 1st group. is there good firm in mumbai who takes 1st group article??

We are in SEZ) (ITITS) Unit we are placing to place order for tool cost 75 lac we are doing the payment from SEZ unit and shifting the tools to Non SEZ unit which is manufacturing unit, we can avail excise benefit or not this is not excise unit shifting unit is excise unit.

IF AT THE TIME OF TAKING LOANS (SAY IN MARCH) COMPANY SHOWS PROJECTED BALANCESHEET CONTAINS HUGE PROFITS , BUT WHEN FILED AT ROC IT FILES AUDITED BALANCESHEET WHICH SHOWS BIG LOSSES,NOW BANK IS ASKING HOW CAN THEY TRUST ON PROJECTED BALANCESHEET , HOW IN A SHORT TIME SPAN GOOD FIGURES CONVERTS IN LOSSES . HERE THE INTENTION OF THE COMPANY IS TO DEFRAUD THE BANK AND TO GET THE LOAN THATS WHY THEY SHOWS WRONG FIGURES BUT ACTUALLY THEY SUFFERED LOSSES, NOW WHAT ACTION CAN BANK TAKE AGANST THEM AS THEY HAD ALREADY GAVE THEY LOAN FACILITY?

I have completed my CMA recently . so i want t know whether a graduation degree is compulsary for getting a job . I have heard that it is compulsary to have a graduation for getting a job.
And i even want to know that whether it is compulsive even in a private sector industries.

 How lenders (banks) safeguard their interest consequent to change in the constitution of the borrower including change in management ownership.
whether it is necessary to inform lender banks if any director resign from the company?
If they do not inform , what are the action which can be taken by the banks against them? both civil and criminal.
