Our organization is IT company and its strength 150 above employees. So recently government has amended MB Act 2017 and increased benefit of leave from 12 weeks to 26 weeks. my question is, is it mandatory to give 26weeks to MB Leave to employee or can give 12 weeks or like 20weeks in Pvt companies ?

new partner ship deed or what BUT ADDRESS MEANS GROUND FLOOR TO FIRST FLOOR IN THE SAME PREMISUS please give me the breif about this.

I have registered in CS early in 2003 /04
however Got married that time and later on started it .But again due to some unavoidable situations the studies has been stopped . Now, my age is 36 years .
Can I restart my studies (CS) and are their any scope for me for getting job or something for me after completing this course.

Is it is required to apply for membership before appearing in campus? and
when is the last date to apply for membership? because If I applied for membership now it is will be for the period 2017-18 then again after 2 months I have to pay....Can I apply to membership even after 01/04/2018 is that a problem for campus?
