13 February 2018 Is filing of ESI & PF Return compulsory for employer if none of the employees salary covered in ceiling limit.

anyone suggest me as earliest.

13 February 2018 yes it will be required to be filed if the exemption letter has not been taken from the PF office. If the exemption letter has been taken from the PF office then the same is not required to be filled
