I passed PE II on july 2007 and enrolled as an articleship student on january 23,2008 and as a final student in new scheme.My querry is:

1)What will be the duration of my articleship its 3 year or 3.5 year as in new scheme?

2)When can i write the final exam, after completion of 2 years of articleship or 2.5 years of training?

Mt querry is whether hotels are also liable to pay Luxury tax on other services such as telephone, laundary, business centre, Health club etc.
I am working in a Hotel and paying luxury tax on room rent but our auditor raised to pay the tax on other services also.
Please clarify with reason whether auditors are justified or not?

Our company is into chain of fast food resturant, it wants to open a food technology training institute to impart training to candidiates in fast food sector.

Can anyone help me by proving the formalitites to open an Institute of such type and any affilation required for this purpose.

i am a LIC agent for the last years. i have completed my target of 5 years only in these 2 years. sir , i just want to know after how many years ,if we surenderd our agency ,our renewal commission will not be effected. as in my case if i surrenderd after 3 years as ( completed target of 5 years in 2 years) my renwal commission will be given to me or not?
