29 April 2008 A COMPANY IS DOING ANNUAL MAINTAINANCE CONTRACT FOR AN ISO 9000 CO. AMC COMPANY EMPLOYS LESS THAN 10 PEOPLE HENCE BY LAW BOES NOT NEED TO REGISTER IN ESI / PF. THE ISO9000 COMPANY IS INSISTING FOR ESI NO FROM AMC COMPANY.

HOW TO GET NO OF ESI/PF THOUGH NO OF EMPLOYEES LESS THAN 10. IS THEIR PROVISION IN LAW FOR GETTING THIS REGISTRATION NO.
