ESI / PF REGISTRATION

A COMPANY IS DOING ANNUAL MAINTAINANCE CONTRACT FOR AN ISO 9000 CO. AMC COMPANY EMPLOYS LESS THAN 10 PEOPLE HENCE BY LAW BOES NOT NEED TO REGISTER IN ESI / PF. THE ISO9000 COMPANY IS INSISTING FOR ESI NO FROM AMC COMPANY.

HOW TO GET NO OF ESI/PF THOUGH NO OF EMPLOYEES LESS THAN 10. IS THEIR PROVISION IN LAW FOR GETTING THIS REGISTRATION NO.

MSMED Act 2006

Should the C.A. Firms who have a turnover of Rs.25 lakh register under the MSMED 2006. Whether the Services provided by C.A. is recognised under the MSMED Act.
The Firm is 6 years old. Is there any disadvantage of getting registered.

Formation of Trust for ESOP Scheme

Can anyone tell me where to get the Trust registered formed for the Benefit of the employees.

We have formed a Employee Benefit Trust purely for the purpose of providing ESOP to employees. The beneficiaries are all present n future employees.

So, according to me this is a Private Trust and Indian Trust Act is applicable to it.

Can anyone tell me where do we get this trust registered.

Professional Tax

We have head office in mumbai and have a field strength all over India around 200.Are we supposed to deduct and pay prof tax in the states where they are working though we don’t have a branch office anywhere.
