whenever i try to download something from this site, the download process doesnt start on its own. Should it be this way only or else there is some problem.

If someone has wrongly deducetd the TDS of Rs.600 of any party in the month of march and deposited in the challan but while in the month of may they realised the mistake and reduced that much amount from the challan amount of the next month,So,what should he do while filing e-TDS return of Q1.
